A real home from home
Tucked into a quiet valley, Coombe Farm Goodleigh offers luxury self-catering holiday let properties all just a short drive from North Devon's beaches and Exmoor National Park.
We have 4 properties available to rent. The Tin Can Cottage sleeps 2. The Stables sleeps 4. Both of these are available to rent all year round. The Long House sleeps 12 and is available during some school holidays.
The Ally Pally (Aluminium Palace) sleeps up to 4. It is a beautiful 1960 Overlander that will have a hot tub, barbeque, fire pit, outdoor covered seating and utility/laundry area and storage for bikes/surf boards/kit. We are panning to start work on converting another barn in Autumn 2022, which will sleep 4.
We have a swimming pool, for brave souls, with a lovely sheltered sun terrace. Guests are free to use the pool at their own risk (it's not heated!).
Well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay in our properties however you will need to bring their bedding and we would ask that you please ensure they do not get onto the bed or furniture. Dogs may not be left alone indoors for long periods and should be kept on a lead in the grounds.
We are a working smallholding and keep livestock on the property. Our guests are welcome to wander the farm and to also enjoy our lovely gardens. There are chairs and benches around the garden for you to sit and relax, enjoy the views, read a book and have a drink or a picnic.
As from October 2021 we will not be taking bed and breakfast bookings for the foreseeable future.
