A real home from home
Tucked into a quiet valley, Coombe Farm is a beautiful traditional Devon long house, smallholding and peaceful place, that’s just a short drive from North Devon's beaches and Exmoor National Park.
In 2015 we extensively renovated and our luxury guest rooms have been influenced by many of the lovely places that we have stayed on our travels over the years; both in the UK and abroad.
We are a working smallholding and keep livestock on the property. Our guests are welcome to wander the farm and to also enjoy our lovely gardens where you might encounter free-range children. There are chairs and benches around the garden for you to sit and relax, enjoy the views, read a book and have a drink or a picnic.
We have a swimming pool, for brave souls, with a lovely sheltered sun terrace. Guests are free to use the pool at their own risk (it's not heated!).
Well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay in your room however you will need to bring their bedding and we would ask that you please ensure they do not get onto the bed or furniture. Dogs may not be left alone in the rooms for long periods and should be kept on a lead in the grounds.
Our pride in our home and the pleasure we get from providing our guests with peaceful surroundings, luxury accommodation and lovely home-produced food makes Coombe Farm bed and breakfast and Coombe Farm Charcuterie the perfect opportunity for us to turn the things we are passionate about into a family business.
